Independent Service Provider Agreement and Network Standards
This agreement is between FamFlo LLC (FamFlo) and you (Helper). By signing, you confirm you understand FamFlo's model, agree to network participation terms, and acknowledge you are an independent service provider.
1. Nature of the relationship
FamFlo is a personal household connection platform. FamFlo facilitates introductions only. FamFlo does not employ helpers, assign work, set rates, or manage ongoing relationships between families and helpers.
2. Compensation
Helpers keep 100% of earnings. FamFlo does not charge helpers fees to join or receive introductions. Families pay connection fees, not helpers.
3. Network standards
You agree to professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, child safety where applicable, and non-discrimination.
4. Verification
You consent to reference checks and background screening before introductions.
5. Introductions
You consent to FamFlo sharing your name, service type, phone, and email with a matched family after they pay the connection fee.
6. Removal
FamFlo may remove helpers from the network for misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
