Someone on our team reads your request and matches it against our vetted network. Within 48 to 72 hours, you hear from us with 2 to 3 candidates who fit your needs.

Meet and decide
Review their background and speak with them before you decide. No pressure and no rush.

You are in control
Once we have introduced you, we step back. If a match is not working, we help you reassess and introduce alternatives.

If it is a good fit, we call or email to schedule a quick conversation. From there: interview, then reference check, then offer.

Get introduced
Complete the Helper Network Onboarding Agreement and we introduce you to families that fit your rhythm. You then work directly with them.
