FamFlo LLC (“FamFlo”) operates a transactional SMS program for families and helpers who use getfamflo.com. This page describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and SMS consent for U.S. A2P 10DLC compliance.
What Data We Collect for SMS
When you submit a care request or helper profile form, you may provide your mobile phone number. We use that number only to send service-related text messages about your request or application.
How We Use SMS Data
FamFlo uses your mobile phone number to send transactional SMS messages, including:
- Care request or helper profile confirmations
- Match status updates
- Introduction and contact details
- Payment and agreement reminders
- Onboarding and follow-up check-ins related to your active request
We do not use your number for bulk marketing campaigns or lead sales.
How You Opt In
You opt in when you:
- Voluntarily submit a care request or helper profile form at getfamflo.com
- Enter your mobile phone number on that form
- Accept FamFlo’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before submitting
Our intake forms include this disclosure directly under the phone number field:
“If you provide a mobile phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS from FamFlo about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

Mobile Information — No Marketing Sharing
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
FamFlo uses Twilio solely as a contracted SMS delivery provider. Twilio transmits messages on our instructions and does not use your number for its own marketing.
